Parents usually ask

Is this a recurring subscription?

Yes. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its period (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your portal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How do kids color?

They pick a drawing in the portal, choose a color and tap any part of the picture to fill it. There are brushes for free drawing, an eraser, and undo. When they finish, they tap Submit and get a score out of 10 for how closely their colors match the example, with a little celebration. Then they tap Save, give the picture a name, and find it later (with its score) in My Artwork.

What devices does it work on?

Any tablet, phone or computer with a modern web browser. Nothing to install. Tablets give little ones the most room to color.

What ages is it for?

Kids from 3 to 12. Each drawing is marked Easy or Medium so you can pick the right one.

You can pick many SVG files at once. With several files, each drawing is named after its file (happy-elephant.svg becomes "Happy Elephant"). Each part of the picture must be a closed shape so it can be filled with one tap. Open lines (like a smile) show as outlines only.

1. About us

These terms are an agreement between you and Smaart Care, the business that owns and operates the website smaartcare.online under the brand Smaart Care Coloring Club ("we", "us"). Smaart Care runs a subscription service that gives members access to an online coloring portal with drawings for children. Our office is at Office 205, 2nd Floor, Akbar Arcade, Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@smaartcare.online.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. Subscriptions are bought by parents or guardians for use by children in their household. Children do not create accounts.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

We offer 1-month ($35), 3-month ($100), 6-month ($180) and 12-month ($350) plans, priced in US dollars. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.

The 6-month plan includes 1 bonus month and the 12-month plan includes 2 bonus months of access, added to the end of your first billing period.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by our authorised payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your card details securely. We never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

5. What you get

Members get access to a personal online portal with a coloring studio and a library of drawings, with at least 50 new drawings added every month. Artwork your family saves is stored in your account while your subscription is active. Your login details are sent by email after payment.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the "My subscription" section of your portal or by emailing support@smaartcare.online. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. License to use the drawings

All drawings are owned by Smaart Care. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to color them in the portal for your own household. You may not copy, extract, resell or distribute the drawings, or use them commercially, without our written permission.

8. Your account

Keep your login details private. One subscription covers one household. We may suspend accounts that share login details or misuse the service.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will email members before they take effect.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, to create your account and send your login details.
  • Subscription details such as plan, renewal date and payment status.
  • Artwork saved in the portal (the colors and brush strokes on each drawing, its score, and the name you give it).
  • Basic usage data such as login times, to keep the service working.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or email.

Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment partner, not by us.

Children's privacy

Our service is purchased and managed by adults. Children use the portal under the parent's account and do not create profiles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use it

To provide portal access, keep your saved artwork, send account and billing emails, answer support requests, prevent misuse and improve our drawings. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our payment partner, email delivery and hosting providers, and only as needed for those services.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Saved artwork is deleted 90 days after a subscription ends.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK, Canada and US states with privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email support@smaartcare.online and we will respond within 30 days.

Refund Policy

3-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 3 days of your first purchase or of any automatic renewal. After 3 days, payments for that billing period are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@smaartcare.online from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request", or use the contact form. We process approved refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After a refund

Your subscription is cancelled and portal access ends when the refund is issued.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
